A great read if you are into filmmaking. Especially anyone interested in taking my course, which is a mixture of classical linear storytelling and digital, interactive production. The three month course, which I hope to start in September, will be far less expensive than comparable costs of any available courses in New Journalism and Convergence Media. Although most of the work is project based – development and practical – I use Eisenstein as a way of covering the genesis and basics of film theory.
